[Bug 48242] Cannot save SVG files from Konqueror.

Binary package hint: ksvg

Directly viewing an SVG file in Konqueror does not offer any viable
method of saving the file.  Right clicking the image does not activate a
context menu of any kind, and the Location menu does not contain a "Save
As..." entry.  This is a somewhat large inconsistency when it comes to
using KParts in Konqueror, so this menu entry at the least should be
added.
