[Bug 48098] Kubuntu 6.06 dvd final doesn't fetch dvd's packages

Binary package hint: adept

After installed kubuntu 6.06 final with dvd I have opened adept and with
surprise the dvd source isn't listed in repositary, and also cannot add
it via gui.

a "sudo apt-cdrom add" was needed, this is not user-friendly at all and
it is a regression from breezy dvd.
