[Bug 47988] Adept Notifier tray icon appears and dissapears on login

Binary package hint: adept

When a user logs in, the green adept notifier icon appears for a second
before vanishing. This seems to be bad behaviour as adept notifier is
hidden by default, and most users will not know what the green icon is
because they have never seen it before. The Adept Notifier icon should
be hidden completely and not appear like this on login.
