No this is not the same. The suspend works fine it set to suspend on lid
close.

I want it to suspend it if the lid is set to blankscreen/do nothing, and the lid is closed.
I want it to obey the timer *regardless* of the state of the lid. open/closed should not make any differrent to the timer.

IE: timer set to suspend after 5min, then if lid is set to blank, do
nothing. It should suspend after 5 min.

This does not work in dapper final.
