[Bug 52751] juk should be built with gstreamer output

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdemultimedia

"juk" in the current kdemultimedia package offers only artsd and akode
output in the "Settings" -> "Output To..." menu. In previous releases,
"GStreamer" was also offered.

Unfortunately artsd is heavyweight, buggy, and not as usable as esd, and
akode doesn't support esd output. I use esd to support remote-sound
playback. GStreamer, however, does support esd via the "esdsink" (see
http://taint.org/wk/RemotePlaybackWithEsd ), so I needed to get the
gstreamer output plugin working again.

On investigation, I found that this was easy to remedy; I simply ran

sudo apt-get install libgstreamer-plugins0.8-dev libgstreamer0.8-dev
libgstreamer0.10-dev libgstreamer-plugins-base0.10-dev libgstreamer-
gconf0.8-dev

then reran configure and rebuilt juk from the kdemultimedia source pkg,
and all was well.

Would it be possible for the ubuntu package to include the gstreamer
support, too?

** Affects: kdemultimedia (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Untriaged
         Status: Unconfirmed
