[Bug 52628] Unrar and unrar-free conflict

Many people want to use ark for unpacking rar archives, but there´s no "unrar" installed by default.
The "unrar-free" doesn´t work because the binary has to be named "unrar" to work with ark, so I´ve to install the proprietary unrar.
It would be better IMHO to also name the free binary "unrar" and make sure that the user can only install one of the packages. Then "unrar-free" can be included with the distro to get rar support.
