[Bug 52603] Appears to require Konqueror for file picker but doesn't install it automatically

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: quanta

When Quanta is installed under Ubuntu Dapper Drake 6.06 LTS (default
Gnome desktop) the file picker appears incomplete, specifically the
graphical picker area is not there. Installing Konqueror fixes the
problem.
