[Bug 52347] Konqueror and toolbar bookmarks actions

Public bug reported:

If you try to add a bookmark using the konqueror toolbar bookmark ADD
action, you receive an error: Impossible to save bookmarks in ".".

The same action performed using Bookmarks -> "Folder" -> Add bookmark
will be done successfully.
