[Bug 51542] network printer auto-discovery

Public bug reported:

this is similar to bug 313173 that was said to be resolved.  It is not
resolved attempt to set up a networked printer between 2 Dapper machines
and no matter what you do it will not go.  It will ask over and over for
a password but no one seems to know what this is.

If you want kubuntu to help small business this can not happen.

I found an article by a kde developer for cups that says some
functionality was taken out of Dapper that would solve this problem.  I
fixed it on my own machine so I know a fix exists.  Read his article
please.

There was no reason to put us through this listen to the developers.
This is the microsoft problem they do not listen to the developers.
