[Bug 18714] Default font in Kubuntu too big

On a 15" monitor at 1024x768 with 96 dpi, 11pt is just too big. Please
stick to 10pt.

Also, x.org doesn't get the DPI right most of the time, which causes the
dpi to be set to 75dpi... (See bug #25656) That way, the fonts look like
they are actually smaller than Gnome.

But 10pt is fine, trust me. If you want bigger sized fonts on a high
resolution screen (lika a 19" at 1600x1200) you should just lower your
DPI.
