[Bug 3421] Feed list should be sortable

I mean that one should be able to select a menu item that says, "Sort
this feed list," and that as a result the feed list would be sorted in
ascending or descending alphabetical order. All the contortions you list
are indeed possible, but they don't make it possible to sort the feeds.
