I just wanted to say that I tried to update my system from the disc and it
crapped out on me as it did not recognize the keyboard or mouse.  Well it did
but the xserver had problems no matter what I did with it but it also did the
same thing when I tried to load kubuntu again after trying dapper so this is why
I seem to be using Ubuntu but with an update to kubuntu on it.  The partition
tool should actually wipe out the whole hard drive so nothing stays around as
this is probably the problem I had with xserver.  I did not know how to work the
rescue mode and did not have time to read up on it so reloading the system again.
