[Bug 31578] K3B bails out due to a growisofs issue

This K3B bug occurs in all k3b versions 0.12.2 and later.  I also own an
NEC DVD_RW drive and cannot burn any DVD+R ever since the k3b 0.12.2
release. I tried the latest of different distros such as Ubuntu,
Kubuntu, Kanotix, PcLinuxOs, Vector, Mepis..., and not one could write
DVD+R using k3b. The best bet is to stick with a distro that uses k3b
version 0.11.xx. My only hope with Dapper is GnomeBaker works because
the GnomeBaker version that came with Breezy distro can't burn DVD+R.
