Description:
Hi

I really like system settings. I think it's a mayor step towards a
usable control panel in kde. One thing I think would make it more usable
is adding a status bar or some kind of tooltips to each icons, so when
you hover over an icon some description appears. It's not all clear what
very section/icon is for.

For example, in the regionality & accesibility section the keyboard
shortcuts are included. Since there's a keyboard section in hardware it
can mislead. Adding a tooltip (or a status bar text) to show a brief
descriptio of what can be configured with that setting would make it
more usable
