Packages are distro-dependant while KDE is not (and nor is adept). While
this might show a message saying that samba could be installed to get
more features available, it seems like a huge and unecessary work to try
and have systemsettings to communicate with adept to install missing
features. This would require to code a lot and make it a very big diff
with KDE at least, and KDE obviously doesn't want to link systemsettings
to a distro-dependant package system.
