[Bug 76308] kpovmodeler doesn't work with pov-3.5-doc

kpovmodeler 4:3.5.5-0ubuntu2 running on Edgy with pov-3.5-doc-3.5.0c-
10build1

Entering the location of the pov documentation in the settings menu is
supposed to enable the application to load the pov documentation. (not
to be confused with the kpovmodeler documentation).

I've added in the location of the help files installed by pov-3.5-doc
and kpovmodeler doesn't load them. I presume that it is expecting the
docs to be in a different format or layout.
