[Bug 75531] Icon sometimes turns into generic "blank paper" icon

Binary package hint: kde-guidance-powermanager

Presumably the icon cannot be found or displayed for whatever reason and
a generic "blank paper sheet" icon is displayed in the tray instead of
the battery icon.
