[Bug 74037] [feisty] kuser ui is broken

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kuser

When I launch kuser (either via sudo or kdesu), the ui si totally
broken. If I launch it from the command line, I get the following
message :

kuser: WARNING: KXMLGUIClient::setXMLFile: cannot find .rc file
kuserui.rc

The file is in "/usr/share/apps/kuser/" but after running kuser, the
file was renamed 'kuserui.rc.backup', attempt launching a second time,
same complain but the file is now renamed as 'kuserui.rc.backup.backup'
and so on if you continue to launch.

kuser is not usable, no buttons, no menus.
