[Bug 57656] kppp produces an error message on startup

Binary package hint: kppp

if no LAN has been configured prior to launching kppp, it produces an
error message on startup stating that the file /etc/resolv.conf is
absent.

Maybe include the empty /etc/resolv.conf in the installation package?
