[Bug 57129] Can't make imap folder

Can't make folder on IMAP.

(IMAP server is dovecot 1.0.beta3-3ubuntu5.3, arch: i386, uses maildir.)

This is an old bug in kmail, and is claimed to be fixed.
The separator is incorrectly "." instead of "/" as I recall.
