Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kmail

Horrible Summary, best I could come up with, sorry.

In KMail 1.9.1 in dapper, right-clicking on the column headers of the
message list brings up a list of available headers to enable/disable in
the view. If you are in the sent-mail folder (however it's named) of
Local Folders and do this, you can enable the "Sender" column. If you
entered the context menu again, you'd expect to see "Sender" with a tick
next to it. You don't see this, however, you see "Receiver" with a tick
next to it. Removing the tick from "Receiver" removes the "Sender"
column.

I'll attach a couple of screenshots to illustrate this behaviour.

** Affects: kdepim (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Untriaged
         Status: Unconfirmed
