[Bug 56206] kpersonalizer (the first time wizard) starts every time I start KDE

Binary package hint: kpersonalizer

I upgraded to kde 3.5.4 and after that I experienced problems with the
package personalizer (3.5.4-0ubuntu1~dapper2).

KDEs first time wizard starts every time I start KDE. Expected behaviour
would be, that it starts only the first time or even once more after an
upgrade.

I tried to delete ~/.kde/config/startup* to fix it, but that didn't
help.

the files where recreated and contained lines like "kpersonalizerrc
General FirstLogin true" afterwards.

I'm not sure if this is an upstream bug, so i'm reporting it as a
package bug.
