If no second monitor is attached it disables TwinView with the new
drivers (not my preferred behavior).

As it turns out I only have one monitor at the moment so I probably
won't be able to debug this after all (for a while).  Try e-mailing
Nvidia and posting at http://forums.nvidia.com/

(If using an NV chipset.)
