[Bug 55339] TwinView Xinerama info not properly handled

I have a dual monitor setup using the nvidia driver's TwinView
extension. Basically it works relatively well, but it seems that
Kubuntu's kwin doesn't properly handle the Xinerama information that is
provided by TwinView. That means that new windows are always placed
"between" the monitors rather than on the primary one only, and when
maximizing a window it is always stretched across both screens instead
of only one. First I thought that this is a configuration problem with
my xorg.conf, but then I tried it under Xfce/Xubuntu and I got the
behavior I wanted. So I guess this must be a bug with Kubuntu's kwin
build.
