This installer is not new. Heading it with "New Installer" is totally
wrong - the new installer is ubiquity, not anything on the alternate
install CD. I suggest heading the previous item with "New Installer
(Ubiquity)" rather than just Ubiquity, and making this item be something
like:

Alternate Installation Scenarios

    The Alternate Install CD uses the installation system familiar to
    users of Kubuntu 5.10 and earlier; it can be used in situations
    requiring more control of the installation process. From the menu,
    one can either install a server version of Kubuntu or the normal

"shipit.kubntu.org" -> "shipit.kubuntu.org"

Comma-splices (or run-on sentences) should not be used in formal
English. This would be better:

installed by default; Kubuntu 6.06 LTS has the final product" would be
better.

As above, "Open Office" should be replaced by the proper upstream name,
"OpenOffice.org".

A reboot most certainly *is* necessary after upgrading from breezy to
dapper, due to the new kernel/udev infrastructure.
