[Bug 42273] Sidebar not accessible from menus

Description:
When using Konqueror as a web browser with the Ubuntu default profile,
the sidebar cannot be accessed from the menus. It is absolutely
necessary to create a menu entry for that, otherwise nobody knows how to
view the history for example.
