[Bug 42068] (Dapper) Full screen menu error

Description:
Make konqueror full screen (F11 or View->Full Screen) and the menu bar
disappears. Right click in the html window for a context menu, the first
entry is "Hide Menu Bar". The menu bar is already hidden, it should read
"Show Menu bar", which is what it actually does.
