[Bug 40821] login dialog font is huge on 147 DPI screen

Description:
On my HP nw8240 with 15.4" 1920x1200 LCD (DPI is 145) I get huge font on
KDM login screen.

As you can see, text of "Menu" button is soo huge that it gets out of
the button.
