[Bug 40695] Trying to add a printer with kdeprint causes a crash

Description:
In Dapper with the latest CUPS and KDE packages, whenever I try to add a
new printer (again a SMB shared printer on a Windows machine), kprint
crashes. I can go through all the steps of adding the printer in the Add
Printer wizard, but when I click "Finish", the app crashes. It also
crashes when I try to print a test page while adding the printer.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Go to the KDE printing dialog and start to add a new printer
2a) After selecting the driver for the printer, hit the "Test Printer" button.
OR
2b) Skip the testing, and go through the remaining steps of adding a printer until you get to the end. Hit the Finish button. App crashes.
