[Bug 40406] Filter Toolbar not available in tree view or detailed list view

Description:
Maybe this bugs affects the package "konqueror" instead, but I suppose
this is set in "kubuntu-default-settings".

The new filter toolbar element that's used in file management mode of
Konqueror does not show up when detailed list view or tree view (and
others). The only view that it's used is MultiColum View and Icon View
(kubuntu default).

The whole "Filter-Toolbar <DirFilter>" element simply is empty for the
mentioned view modes.

To fix this (if it is not actually intended):

Change to view mode "tree view". Go to: Settings -> Configure Toolbars. Select "Filter-Toolbar <DirFilter>". Now this would have to be set up the same way as it is within Icon View mode:

After that the filter is available in all view modes expect
"Imageviewer" and "Filesize-View".

Setting this in kubuntu-default-settings should solve this bug.
