[Bug 40069] Please update to 4.1.2

Description:
Please update the Qt packages to 4.1.2 version, as it fixes many
problems, some of which are rather nasty, like memleaks. Also, qt4 is
not used by any app in the ubuntu repos, so updating Qt4 wont break
anything. So I dont think that exception of UVF for qt4 will cause any
problem. Also, debian sid just updated qt4 to 4.1.2, so maybe their
packages will work, just drop in.
