[Bug 40048] K-Menu icons not created before next logout

Description:
When I install a new application in kubuntu-dapper (current dist-upgrade) there will be no icon created in k-menu until I logout and log back in again.
This happened to me with kolourpaint and superkaramba, which I installed through adept.
Only after I logged in again I could access the corresponding icons through K-menu -> graphics and utilities respectively.
