[Bug 39704] Radio stream do not play in amarok (draper)

Description:
Download a playlist for a music stream from www.shoutcast.com or
www.icecast.com (download an mp3 station playlist)

Install the required restricted formats - libmad etc...

Attempt to play the radio stream, it will connect to the radio stream,
display the correct song which is being played. However it will not play
the audio.

This strikes me as odd perfectly legal online radio not being alowed in
ubuntu where it works with no issues in every other linux distro I have
tested.
