[Bug 39650] Adept UI Accessibility Wishlist #2: left/right cursor

Description:
It is perhaps trivial (but inconvenient and unnecessary) that two keys
must be typed to expand or collapse the package description view,
instead of just one.

The left and right cursor keys seem not to perform any other function
when the keyboard focus is on the package list. Please enable that the
Adept package list descriptions can be expanded and collapsed with the
left and right cursor keys. Expand/collapse key assignment will
presumably differ between left-to-right and right-to-left text displays.
