[Bug 39583] adept does not honor KDE's menu bar preference

Description:
When setting the KDE menu bar preference to:
"Current application's menu bar (Mac OS-style)" in System Settings (Desktop -> Behavior), Adept continues to draw its menubar inside its own window.

This is running Dapper Flight 6 with updated KDE packages.
