[Bug 39540] Non-existent samba should render a warning

Description:
When I tried to configure samba, I started -kde-systemsettings from the
start menu. The "Share" contents were however all greyed out, because I
had forgot to install samba... :-) Perhaps a warning "package not
installed" should appear instead of just a  greyed out area?
