[Bug 39534] Ark do not open *.deb files when clicked from Konqueror

Description:
When I left click *.deb file in Konqueror window, the Ark utility opens
but with the following error message:

* * * Error - Ark
The utility is not in your PATH.
Please install it or contact your system administrator.
* * *

The *.deb file is not opened. Opening of *.deb files work when I use
"File | Open" from Ark's menus.

I'm using Kubuntu Dapper with latest updates in 14th of April 2006.
