[Bug 39527] after upgrade adept_updater still indicates updates available in status bar

Description:
In the status bar at the bottom of adept_updater after upgrading the
same number of packages are listed as being upgradeable.  This could be
confusing to users.  Could the status bar be updated when "Update
complete, Good bye!" is shown?
