[Bug 39312] BAD tab comportements in Launchpad (and others)

Description:
* Be sure your Konqui is configured to open new tabs in background.
* Go to, for example, that list of bugs :

* Midddle-click on a few bugs, to open them in background, for further
reading.

The bugs open correctly in background, but when the page loads more, the
tabs "plop" (coming foreground). This should NOT happen, at least on
Launchpad!

So, this is maybe related with new Launchpad's ECMAScript (JavaScript,
DHTML, name it like you want), as it appeared today, but this is still a
bug.
