[Bug 38956] Missing dependencies for install

Description:
I tried to install Kdevelop and then write some C++ code, but KDevelop
failed because it was missing lots of dependencies. I needed to install
this:

binutils (2.16.1cvs20060117-1ubuntu2)
cpp (4:4.0.3-1)
cpp-4.0 (4.0.3-1ubuntu3)
gcc (4:4.0.3-1)
gcc-4.0 (4.0.3-1ubuntu3)
libc6-dev (2.3.6-0ubuntu16)
libtool (1.5.22-2)
linux-kernel-headers (2.6.11.2-0ubuntu16)
make (3.80+3.81.b4-1)

Removed the following packages:
automake1.4

Installed the following packages:
automake1.9 (1.9.6-1)
