[Bug 38902] Adept notifier constantly showing /!\

Description:
When starting Dapper, adept notifier shows the icon for updates. When
hovering over the icon it says "No updates available".

Checking for updates manually, until now, always gave me updateable
packages. So I don't know, whether adept shows the right symbol with the
wrong message, or whether it always shows this symbol.
