[Bug 38658] Adding group to user requires her to logout/login

Description:
If you add the group foo to user bar, this will not be effected in
Konsole (not tested with other apps) until foo logs out and then back
into KDE (not tested on Gnome). Opening a new terminal should be enough
IMO.
