[Bug 38578] Bringing up a interface problem

Description:
The network configuration in kcontrol does not work as expected. my
wireless connection is down. all i have to do to bring it up is to make
sudo dhclient. i expect that when i click on enable interface in
kcontrol, that it does the same thing. but it does not. it just marks
the interface as up for one second and then it gets back down.
