[Bug 38215] "kcm_konsole.la" missing.

Description:
Since the kde upgrade (3.5.2) on kubuntu breezy i can't configure
konsole.

I've got a message who said that "kcm_konsole.la" is missing.

So I looked for in the pakage, but "kcm_konsole.la" and "kcm_kosole.so"
are missig.
