[Bug 38119] Configure Konsole complains about missing kcm_konsole.la

Description:
After upgrading to KDE3.5.2 any attempt to configure Konsole using the
menu item under Settings only pops up a window which says that
kcm_konsole.la is missing from paths. In fact, the library is not there,
though it used to in earlier versions. Bugs.kde.org say it is a
packaging problem. Package version as displayed by dpkg -p is
4:3.5.2-0ubuntu0breezy1, I installed using "deb
http://kubuntu.org/packages/kde352 breezy main".
