[Bug 38064] bluetooth:/ is a "Malformed URL"

Description:
Difficult to know which package this bug should be filed against - I
suspect kdelibs might in fact be the root cause.

Basically, entering "bluetooth:/" as a URL in Konqueror brings up an
error message:

"Malformed URL bluetooth:/"

Interestingly, the bluetooth icon is correctly displayed next to the
URL.  The kdebluetooth kio_slave does not function.  This appears to be
a very recent bug, quite possibly being introduced between KDE 3.5.1 and
3.5.2, as theorised in this thread, which might contain useful
information for developers:

A workaround of sorts is provided in the thread but is not very useful,
particularly as clicking on the kdebluetooth system tray icon opens a
konqueror instance opened at the troublesome "bluetooth:/" URL.
