[Bug 38059] library kcm_konsole.la is missing

Description:
I'm using kde 3.5.2, Kubuntu Breezy.

In Configure menu of Konsole, when choosing "Configure Konsole...". The
windows says that it was impossible to find the specified konsole's
library : kcm_konsole.la

I tryed a "slocate kcm_konsole.la" and the file is missing from my
disk... Others people with kde 3.5.2 have the same problem.
