[Bug 37641] "Laptops & Power" still in systemsettings even though removed

Description:
Not having a laptop, I've used adept to remove all pcmcia, and laptop
settings. However, SystemSettings *still* has a "Laptops & Power" icon.
Clicking on this just produces "Empty Page".
