Interesting. I found some error in my /etc/modules after upgrade.
Before upgrade it was:
# /etc/modules: kernel modules to load at boot time.
#
# This file contains the names of kernel modules that should be loaded
# at boot time, one per line. Lines beginning with "#" are ignored.

ide-cd
ide-disk
ide-generic
lp
mousedev
psmouse
kqemu
loop
usbmouse
usbkbd

After upgrade it was:
# /etc/modules: kernel modules to load at boot time.
#
# This file contains the names of kernel modules that should be loaded
# at boot time, one per line. Lines beginning with "#" are ignored.

ide-cd
ide-disk
ide-generic
lp
mousedev
psmouse
kqemu
loopusbmouse
usbkbd

See? loop and usbmouse were not separated by newline. I did not manually changed
/etc/modules, so my only explanation is that the problem is in some upgrade script.
