I confirm the bug. The installation always stoped in the same point (the last
package i can see is "mawk"), with the message:

Base system instalation error
The bootstrap program exited with an error (return value 1)
Check /target/var/log/bootstrap.log

While the /target/var/log directory is empty.I did the DVD integrity check with
the utility of Kubuntu and fail to ./pool/main/n/nano/nano_1.3.8-2_i386.deb
package. I make a new DVD of diferrent brand and writed with the minimum speed
(2.5x while the first DVD was writed in 4.0x) and make integrity check with the
K3B burning tool and pass, but when i try to install it stop to the same point,
i recheck the DVD with utility of Kubuntu and fail the same package as in
previus DVD.
The machine in which i am trying to install is an old pentim 600MHz with
integrated Nvidia chipset,SoundBlaster chipset and network card chipset.
